Return window

Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Custom / personalized items

Products made to order with your own logo, size, color or artwork (custom t-shirts, embroidery, printing) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or are not as described.

Condition of return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
• Items must be returned in original packaging.

Quality issues

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
